Charlie joined Imagen as CEO in 2017 to lead the company’s ambitious growth trajectory and drive expansion into new markets. With over twenty years’ experience in executive roles, Charlie is an expert in positioning companies for optimal development and adding shareholder value.
Charlie came to Imagen from Diligent having previously run a number of SaaS businesses in Europe and Asia. He brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge of the video management landscape.
As Chief Financial Officer, David is responsible for all the company's financial functions, most recently closing Imagen’s £6.5 million Series B funding round. He is a chartered accountant with a background in high growth companies, and has an MBA from Cambridge University.
David spent the previous 8 years working in senior finance roles in the mechanical and engineering business, most recently at Breathing Buildings, where he was a key member of the team that led their sale to Volution Group PLC in December 2016.
David has an extensive track record in the technology and SaaS arena, with broad experience in scaling sales teams. As Chief Revenue Officer, David is responsible for building out sales operations, as well as structuring operations to ensure Imagen has coverage across EMEA and APAC regions.
David previously held the role of VP EMEA at ON24 where he worked with a broad range of clients across Financial Services, Life Sciences, Manufacturing and B2B Information services.
Anna leads the marketing strategy at Imagen, across demand generation, brand and comms. She has 25 years’ experience in B2B and B2C marketing and brand management both client side and in agencies. With a global background at influential organisations like San Miguel Beer and Grolsch Premium Lager in Hong Kong, as well as Channel 4, ad agency BBH, and tech scaleups Brandworkz and Exonar in the UK, Anna’s strength is in helping shape the success of a business by building a strong brand and effective marketing presence.
Nick Ashwin is the Chief Revenue Officer of the Americas at Imagen and has 15 years of experience consulting with Sports, Media, and Enterprise organizations on their video management and distribution strategy.
Having begun his career in the UK based Imagen development team in 2008, Nick subsequently moved to the US and began leading Imagen's American expansion, growing the Imagen team and client base over a period of 12 years. Nick was heavily involved in Imagen's early transition to a cloud native architecture and has a passion for lean UIX and technology that provides a measurable ROI.
With Nick's help, Imagen has solidified itself as one of the leading Sports Video Management and Distribution platforms across the globe.
